The Messiah Community is a charming two-story apartment complex located at 848 East Court Street in Urbana, Ohio. This community is specifically designed for individuals aged 62 and older and/or with mobility impairments and lower incomes. With thirty-six studio and one-bedroom apartments available, rent is determined based on guidelines set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, taking into account income level, age, and disability.
