Founded in 1941, the association was initially created to provide a platform for classmates to reconnect socially and raise funds through dances. Over the years, the association has evolved to work closely with graduating classes to plan reunions, establish guidelines, and provide scholarships to deserving students. The association also inducts new honorees into their Hall of Fame every other year and recognizes alumni who have made significant contributions to their community with the Bailey Bells award. The alumni association's mission is to carry on the legacy of Parma High School and promote the motto, "Once a Redmen, Always a Redmen."
