“I visited here to watch my son play football. Very nice park,people and they also had a concession stand that was open and you never see that at parks. You normally have to bring a cooler with ice. Very nice especially on a hot and humid day. Love it”

“I've lived near this park all my life and it has always been fun, safe and clean. Its a great park for walking through or playing football or basketball. Everyone walks their dogs here near the fence closest to the train track.”

“I've lived here for almost a year, and it has been a positive experience. The apartment itself is nice, and it was clean and had new carpet when I moved in. When I consider the rent vs. apartment size and quality, I feel the rent is fair and reasonable. I have submitted three work orders, and the only one that was slow was the one I marked low priority because it wasn't something that needed immediate attention. The other work orders were solved fairly quickly, and the maintenance people were polite and cordial. I have never tried calling the staff, but I have dropped by the office twice to ask questions, and they were also friendly and polite. Overall, I've had a positive experience. Update: I moved out when my lease was complete, I received a fair portion of my deposit back, and I can honestly say I had a positive experience from start to finish.”
