"Amazing is all I can say about this company. Was willing to come to my house at 10pm after seven inches of rain did my sump pump in. When flooded roads prevented arrival gave me advice for how to reset my sump pump so it would carry me through until morning when the flood water receded. The next morning contacted me without prompting and pump was replaced by noon. John was pleasant, personable, and considerate. What a great find in my moment of need! Meanwhile my regular plumber was sleeping with an answering service...."

"Interaction with them was good and the job was completed quickly so there are 2 reasons for the 4 star and not 5. 1. John would not give me even an idea of cost going into it 2. I thought the price was high for the work that was done and the time it took. After speaking with my father in law about the cost on parts I am figuring $275 - $325 in labor. Also I didn't appreciate the notes left on the invoice. Update: After getting home after an 14 hour day and realizing that they really didn’t do a whole lot even put the faucet handles on backwards from what they were I’m dropping the rating. I really strongly feel that what we paid for the work that was done was quite high. We are talking almost attorney level hourly rates. Also the text and email that came at the same time wanting feedback along with a text saying the job was completed a couple hours after the plumber left was annoying. This is the first time we have had to use a plumber and if we need one again I’ll be looking elsewhere. Update #2 John texted me this morning asking if I wanted him to come back out and reset those handles and I said no that I did it myself. I did say that I’d like a refund so that the rate was reflecting a fair price which turned into a whole big thing. I am now changing my review again to reflect my feelings about this company. My first impression was not a good one. In fact it was completely wrong. Now making excuses for $300 an hour for a plumber for a simple job saying the price was because his cost had gone up 40% over the last couple of years. Reality check everybody’s costs have gone over the last couple of years. After I said that I was done having the conversation I got another text from the plumber that was out with nothing other than “K“. I was not able to be home when the work was done and a family member saw the price, not realizing that they had not even given me a ballpark figure because it needed to be done. He approved it. But because it needed to be done and it was so bad, and these guys knew it they took advantage of it and charged a very high price. But ultimately, they’re the ones that have to sleep at night and look at themselves in the mirror. I can’t do that with my clients. I have to be fair and honest. Do I ever regret trying to support a local company in my hometown."

"John came out to repair a leaking faucet in our master bath shower that wasn't able to be repaired by our home warranty company's contractor. He did this in less than two hours and didn't have to remove a tile from our granite wall or cut a hole in our drywall in order to do this like the other contractor said needed to be done. We now are not wasting hot water which had been leaking for over a week and getting worse. John was great and I would highly recommend him for any of your personal or commercial needs!"

"I went on line to Free Flow Plumbing. My washer decided to pour all it's contents unto my floor. I knew that they were closed because they are closed on Sunday. I decided to fill out a request for service, so that they would see it the request in the morning. To my surprise I was contacted Sunday night by John, the owner. John wanted to make sure that I didn’t need help that night. I told him it was under control and the next day would be fine.We set the appointment for Monday morning. Nick showed up on time, listened to all that was going on and then assessed the problem. He explained what he was going to do and what steps we would have to take if plan A did not work. Plan A did work and all is “Free Flowing”! Everyone was very professional, kind and got the job done.I was very satisfied and will be recommending them to everyone!"
