"Set up an appointment in September for November. Was contacted two days from the appointment to notify me Dr. Bukuts doesn't accept self pay. So it seems Dr. Bukuts is more concerned about running his full amount through insurance than he is about treating someone with cash."

As for the website access is terrible and difficult to navigate Took time to figure out there may be 2 of them which makes consumers confused Actually lost a client (my daughter, different provider) over this. I'm hoping in the future can make it easier for your patients and those who are less computer knowledgeable Not fair to that particular population Otherwise I am happy with my personal care and hope this feedback is helpful and taken seriously"
