Kennedy Heights Laundry

"Washers and Dryers work great. I haven't had anything to complain about whenever I've used this laundromat until yesterday. I was sitting near the last row of washers farthest from the entrance to the facility when I noticed something crawling on the floor. I got up to get a closer look at what it was, and it was a roach. Me personally I can't handle bugs, so right when I discovered it was a roach I got grossed out and paranoid that all the laundry I had just paid to wash and dry there could now have roaches in them. So I gathered all my belongings and left immediately to rewash and dry somewhere else. I don't ever plan on returning to this laundromat just because I don't wanna accidently bring roaches home in my clothes."

"Most of the machines worked. It’s a little pricey but what isn’t nowadays. It stays crowded but mostly people are in and out. There is a snack and pop machine. You can also get quarters if you need it. There is a tv to watch as well."

"I've been here 3 times already in the span of a month. It's always clean when I go, not busy as I expect, especially on Sunday at noon or my first time at 6pm Sunday, not as much parking besides the front & side of the parking lot. I can't compare it to other laundromats as I've been using my apartments but washers is $2.50 while the dryer is $2. It turns out to be the same but I can only put a few amounts at a time in the washer rather than all of it. I use the 50lbs for an extra rinse is 25¢ more so $7.25. The dryer is stated as upper/lower which is 25¢ for 4 mins. Feel free to see how many minutes you need & put the amount in a row & click start. It should appear as 12 minutes if you put 3 quarters after pressing start. I'll continue to keep coming here even if it's a drive away from my apartment. Coin machine by restroom near entrance."

"Had to use a laundromat for the first time in probably a decade. Came last week and did multiple loads, no issues. Place was clean, laundry attendant (older gentleman) was very friendly. Prices are much higher than others in the area but I liked that it was in our neighborhood and cleaner than most. Came back tonight and almost immediately the woman working chastised my partner, accusing him of leaving blunt wrappers on a counter and told him to pick up after himself. It wasn’t his, we both have been sober for years. He threw it away with a smile, but we likely won’t be back due to how incredibly rude she was. Definitely not going to pay more money to be talked down to for something we didn’t even do."
