"Still looks and feels like the 70's in here (in a great way). The diner in the back has some of the best home cooked style dishes and you can park right next to the diner entrance around back. Best place to bowl and grab a snack in the area, it really takes you back to an easier time."
"Love the layout. They have kept their little diner open. Place is a true gem. Only bowling alley I’ve been to like this. If you’re an avid bowler, the lanes are a little dry but have great reaction at the breaking point"
"The restrooms were a hot darn mess! You could smell them way down the hallway. It was people sitting in our lane. The kitchen is ewww! The kitchen workers were cool but the cleanliness wasn’t present. They took our order then closed the kitchen for a half hour. We were celebrating my daughter eighth birthday & had a group of people walking up to our table standing over us mumbling to each other until I asked if I could help them. They stated that they had reservations & our lane was their reserved lane. UNPROFESSIONAL! They never should’ve had people walking up standing over us! It could’ve started a whole different thing! They should have came over themselves & how did they feel they could send a group of people over to where I paid a decent amount of money to bowl saying they reserved when I did as well & it wasn’t time for us to be done. I will not ever return here! Very hillbillish & needs to be thoroughly cleaned!!! For a cheap bowling only experience fine but not high quality at all!"
"We've been looking for a new local venue and centered on Madison Bowl primarily because we also wanted decent food. This is what attracted us over others. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived and it was closed! The lanes and computers were good, the bar was isolated so you could see but not too loud to talk. Mixed drinks were fair sized and priced but didn't see any draught beer so that was somewhat surprising. For straight up bowling this is a good place. What would make it stand out amongst others, the cafe, was closed and taking to others or sounds like it's ours are sporadic. Maybe if it has evening hours we'd be regulars."
