"We have been going to Suburban Pediatrics (now Cincy Children's Liberty Primary Care) since 2017 and have found that not all of the doctors were compatible. We were able to request a different physician within the practice and are now very happy with the quality of care and communication. It's an added bonus that they have so many doctors to chose from."

"My children have been patients here for 17 years and I l was very satisfied. Since they’ve been changed over to Cincinnati Children’s it has been very disappointing to say the least. I was told a specific Doctor we see doesn’t take appointments on Saturday’s only to have a friend of mine get an appointment with that exact doctor on a Saturday. When I call them they don’t call back or if I’m lucky they will call two days later. They are very disorganized and not accommodating to our needs like Suburban Pediatrics used to."

"Great Service & Staff, for sick or well child visits alike. Been with them for 8+ years. They need to work on establishing a better reminder, and patient Follow-Up system (like the one at Tri-Health etc), I had forgotten to keep up with what vaccines are due for my child, by what age, it would have been nice to get Some sort of a written or text reminder. But I know they have a lot to deal with, so I am not stressing it. I am satisfied overall with them."

"I called several places when finding a pediatrician for the first time for my infant. Suburban pediatrics has the most helpful staff! I have been pleased with all of the doctors, but prefer Dr. Brackens — she is the nicest lady you’ll ever meet! When i have questions, i call the nurses & they answer everything without judgement. If my child is sick, i have easily been able to get same-day appointments because of their many locations. Been going here for almost 2 years, and I never have had to wait longer than 10 minutes for appointments. Highly recommend this office."

"We have been taking our now 14 year old son to Surburban Pediatrics since he was two weeks old. We usually go to the Mason office, however both offices are excellent! In all these years and especially in the first 6 years when he was a little guy, if I called with something or needed to be seen right away, I always was seen the same day. Many times they would say bring him in now and we'll work him in! The nurses are so calming and are very reassuring when you are taking.with them on the phone if calling with a sick kid and seeking their advice. We've called from vacations for ear infections, bumped head, jellyfish sting, you name it, they are ALWAYS there and are very compassionate and helpful with what your child might be going through!! Very kind, caring, professional, amazing wonderful staff and we love Dr. Robert Wallace! This is THE place to take you kids if you want top notch professionals looking after your children in a warm and caring environment! LOVE ❤️Suburban Pediatrics!!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Best in the city!!!"
