Owned and operated locally by siblings Mark and Susan Frenger since 2003, our home care agency has been dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to seniors and disabled individuals. "Part of the name is really what they are – Angels. We could not have been more pleased with the help Visiting Angels gave our mother with Alzheimer’s for the last 1 ½ years allowing her to stay at home for as long as possible. We started with two Angels throughout the week who would assist our mother through the day with activities and tasks and would help with dressing as needed. When we brought them in, it was at short notice due to our Dad being in the hospital. Though we had been talking to the office for a couple months, we had to move quickly on getting people in to be with our Mom, and they happily and seamlessly accommodated the quick request with the two beautiful Angels who fit well with our parents. After a year we needed additional help on short notice again when our Dad landed in the hospital for many days again, and Mom had deteriorated over that time. Once again, two more Angels were provided very quickly that were a perfect fit, so that we had nearly 24 hour help several days a week. The overnight Angel was beautiful in how she was able to handle our mother during her sundowning hours and keep her calm. The early morning Angel had a beautiful way of convincing our Mom to change clothes and put on things that match which had become very difficult at this point. The office staff were extremely kind and accommodating throughout our entire relationship with them, knowing how hard these changes are on a family. As each emergency occurred or new request came in from us, they worked with us and accommodated our situation. We found them to be very flexible. The entire group was nothing short of miraculous time and again throughout the 1 ½ years we needed them. The change came only because our Mom had to move to memory care. As we had to see each Angel leave, it was like losing a family member. They left good memories with all of us and gave us peace of mind knowing our mother was safe and well taken care of. I would highly recommend the group and all of their people."

We utilize one caregiver from them (who is just amazing). She actually ended up having to have surgery and was off for about 2 months. This company actually let me cover every single day even though they lost money because that was what was best for their client."
