"This location messed up my combo meal I called in to get a replacement the manager said come in whenever I’m ready to get the correct meal. Her name is Denise. I went back in today (2 days later) to pick it up and the night shift manager called her and she said she didn’t give out any credits recently. This location is unprofessional and I’ll be in to speak to the GM and District manager soon!"
"I think that I'm just going to stop going to this particular location. I almost always order the same thing and use the app to place/purchase my orders but, they always forget something. Today I went out of my way to not modify my order. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon large meal and they always forget the bacon. I purposely did not modify the order in the off chance that me not wanting onions or pickles with somehow mess them up. Nope. Still no bacon. This has happened at least 5 times."
"Not a very welcoming atmosphere nor service.... Employees seemed like it was a bother for me to be a customer. I was asked did I want sauce at the drive thru but didn't get any was not greeted at either window me and the employees would've had a staring contest if I didn't move things along no thank no hello nothing encountered two girls with pink hair that needs to be reminded on how to give good customer service"
"The best McDonald's I have ever been to! The food is hot and fresh! I only get a bagel or biscuit, The burritos were so small it would take two to surpass the hunger of a young toddler, not sure if it was the one time or what but it was good! They are very nice, polite and professional! I will only eat at this McDonald's!"
"Absolutely Disgusting. Horrible service. I asked for a double cheese burger only cheese, ketchup and mayo and idk what they heard but gave me a double cheese burger w onions, mustard, pickles. It was a mess all the ingredients everywhere. The sprite literally tasted like toxins it was old and expired. We got no napkins and none of the sauces we asked for. Like come on do a better job it’s not that hard. The girl that took the order was listening to music, rbf, and said no word only took our card. Absolutely disgusting."
