"I placed a pick-up order. Picked it up the next day and thought the transaction was smooth. That is until I got home and pulled up my digital receipt. I was charged over 8.00 for 1 tomato that was weighed at 2.81 lbs andy visa card was charged over 15.00 for 7.98 worth of taxable products. I returned to the store with the tomato that was reweighed at 0.71 lbs, not 2.81 lbs. I was refunded my money but was not offered an apology and customer service seemed very irritated with me. No more shopping at Kroger for me. Check your receipts people."

"Piqua store is too small & always dirty. Shelves always bare, especially if advertised as on sale don't even waste your time. Errors in items priced very frequently. I very rarely shop here anymore for these reasons."
