"This bank makes everything so unnecessarily difficult."
"Not about the building, but the company: it's a sad day when it's easier to write a check to yourself to transfer funds than it is to setup a transfer. Confusing and poorly explained account types, poor digital hygiene, terrible digital offerings, account charges that even big Banks don't utilize, and poor rate offerings for loans as well as savings and checking. Sorry First Federal, you were fine in the beginning, but you've changed for the worse. Folks, you can get superior offerings and services from the big Banks."
