21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati
21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati is a unique institution located at 609 Walnut Street in Cincinnati, Ohio. This historic Metropole Hotel has been transformed into a contemporary art museum, award-winning boutique hotel, and home to the Metropole restaurant. Situated in the heart of the city, it is adjacent to the Contemporary Art Center and across from the Aronoff Center for the Arts. The museum features specially commissioned site-specific works by talented contemporary artists, as well as rotating exhibitions that keep the galleries constantly changing. From the sidewalks to the elevators, art can be found in unexpected places throughout the hotel. The design of the hotel was done by Deborah Berke Partners, who restored the historic building while creating a modern space to showcase today's artists.
