She had confidence she could help me with regular visits and she did. Two days ago Dr Angela corrected 2 ribs that were out of place . 48 hrs later I’m without that pain. “I have been searching for years for a caring and thorough optometrist and finally I was lucky enough to find Dr. Patterson. I had an appointment today and I walked into the office not being able to see clearly with the contacts that were prescribed to me by a different eye doctor. I suffered a year with my old prescription, my head and eyes hurt constantly and everything was always dull and blurry. Dr. Patterson took his time with me, he did a thorough exam and when he took me back and handed me the sample contact lenses, as soon as I put the first lense in I was amazed, everything was so bright and clear plus I could even read small words clear across the room. I highly recommend him and I immediately contacted my daughter and other family members and told them that he was a fantastic doctor, they have already booked appointments with him. Finally, I can't forget to mention that the office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, all of the ladies I spoke to, on the phone and in person, were all incredibly nice!”

“Excellent staff and expert/detailed doctors at the Main Clinic and locally. At both locations, the office staff is hospitable and makes the visitors (especially those waiting) comfortable. Beverages are free and you can choose from gourmet coffee to other beverages available. The office atmosphere is very peaceful and the teams are outstanding. I had listened to classical music (my request) during my last MRI and was made very comfortable during an extensive on on the main campus (my first with the Cleveland Clinic a few years ago). In both cases the staff was very efficient, attentive, and caring.”
