"This place is very clean and the night and morning desk staff the always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast area is very clean with a great selection. Location of this hotel is convenient to restaurants. Second stay here and will stay again when passing through."
"Rooms are clean. Rooms and interiors are worn. Needs a refresh. The AC in our room would only run in heat mode, so the first night it was 84 in the room. We asked the receptionist in the morning if we could change rooms. Receptionist said she couldn't do that, but had maintenance come by. The second night it was 77 in the room."
"I specifically chose to stay at Holiday Inn Express rather than the cheaper hotels across the street because in my experience, Holiday Inn Express has always been really comfortable and relaxing. However, this location has paper-thin walls. My neighbors were incredibly noisy throughout the night, and then their phone alarms started going off at 5:50am and didn’t stop until 6:30am. I called the front desk, who said they would take care of it, but the alarms didn’t stop until I personally called through the door to turn their alarms off. When checking I asked at the front desk if they could do something to remedy the situation, and they literally said “That sucks, but there is nothing I can do.” I recommend saving yourself the money and staying at one of the two hotels cheaper hotels directly across the street. If you pay for a hotel, the bare minimum is that the conditions are good for sleeping. You won’t get that here."
"Just visiting for a short time, the entire city was very crowded. I was expecting problems. Glad to say that everything went beautifully. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Everything about the hotel was top rated. Saturday morning James was working in the kitchen, everything was perfect. They ran out of something and before I had a chance to say anything he was coming out with more food. And his personality was top notch"
