"Went to pick up my pizza at 7:03 yes I understand that I was 3 mins late I tried to call before 7 to let them know no answer I was at the door as the girls stared at me and some pretended I wasn’t even there I called again no answer then about 7:08 we called again still never leaving parking lot they answered and refused to sell me the pizza that was sitting right there on the shelf. As a business owner why would you want a pizza to go to waste when the customer was right there and the processes would have taken me a while 30 seconds to pay cash and be on my way with no food waste.no grace period for traffic? This is poor customer service…I never tried their pizza and due to this I never will."
"I’ve been supporting this family owned the business for over 30 years. This man knows how to run a business. I’ve never had bad food. I’ve never had bad customer service. Every time I go in there everybody is smiling, clean and in good spirits. I’ve never seen workers on their cell phones or complaining about anything. That is the way to run a business. Even if those people have issues, it’s not like other places where you hear workers complaining or on their cell phones. I highly recommend this for any type of food that they sell."
"Called in my order for pickup, the lady was friendly and order placement a breeze. Got there and the pizza was piping hot, just me so got a personal pizza with onion. It had a good thick light crust and overall tastes great. I ate it in the car as I drove home. Give them a chance, solid pizza at a good cost."
