“Friendly family run pool with great facilities. Will say if got mobility issues you might need support to get in an out as no rails to get in but there are steps in instead of ladder which might be of use. Lil one enjoyed listening to his favourite songs through Alexa whilst got use to the pool.”

“Just got back from our first swim here. Lovely warm pool. Very clean, the cleanest private pool we have been too! The changing room floor was abit of puddle though, maybe a mop would be good so people could mop up after themselves? Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely swim.”

“We are weekly swimmers here, the water is well controlled and even though it sometimes feels a little chilly getting in, is a constant 30-31 degrees. This is a well used pool and it's showers and changing rooms reflect that, but the owners act very quickly when notified of any problems. As a disabled person, it is good to be able to use a facility like this, you have your time slot, where you can do whatever you wish to in privacy, the only other people we see are those we say hello and goodbye to on the change over! I'm not sure how deep/large the previous reviewer expected a pool, of this type to be, but I am 5' 10" and it comes up to my chest level, (just under the arm pits) and is 16 metres long, ( over half the length of an average public pool).”

“Slightly random location near Ingworth, Banningham and Aylsham, but a really useful hidden gem! You can rent one of three pools by the hour for a swimming session. Great to take the kids to as you get the pool all to yourself for that hour, and there are cards pinned up for locally based swimming teachers as well. Pools and changing facilities are kept very clean with parking available out front.”

“Have really enjoyed hiring this pool with friends and their families in the past, great to have a pool to ourselves and to dip in and out of the hot tub/jacuzzi. It’s always been clean and the booking process is easy. Looking forward to booking again over the summer.”

“Have used Olympic after a recommendation from a friend and have never looked back. Their staff are friendly and efficient and their standard of work is much better than the company we previously used in the past who let us down on several occasions. There are other companies out there who may appear cheaper but as with everything, you get what you pay for. We had olympic build our patio and outdoor dining area last year and everyone remarks on how nice it looks !”

“A great facility, heated to 28 degrees so warm despite the rain! Friendly staff, wide lanes, coffee shop. Wish it was nearer to home! Busy lane swimming at 9am on Sunday. 10am lane swimming on a Sunday in mid October was much quieter. Love it”

“This privately owned pool is fantastic good clean changing rooms & lovely hot showers. Their cafe has a lovely separate section with play area for parents with young children, there is an outdoor play area with sandpit and seating for warmer days.”

“I travel a lot for work and so i stay in many hotels but I have never been so well looked after as I have here, extraordinarily good hotel. We stayed for a nearby wedding but also brought our 18 month old. We asked ahead of time if we could have warm milk and toast for our son at 6pm when he would need to go to bed, despite running on a skeleton crew of 1 due to all hotel guests being at the wedding and the owners being told no one would need anything as all would be provided for at the wedding, this was delivered within minutes of me asking on the day. I was also asked if I had eaten and needed any food, not wishing to be problematic I said something small would suffice but the owner instead offered me a burger and fries meal, complete with macaroons and beer. He even went the extra mile by knocking on the window lightly so as not to wake my son. Amazing service. Also for anyone who is gluten free like me, this is again an amazing place. The aforementioned food was completely gluten free (burger WITH bun) as was the beer. For breakfast I was given the choice of white or brown gf bread and even a gf pain au chocolat, let alone gf sausages, spoilt for choice. If you have an EV its also worth noting they have two Teslas chargers on site to use, this was pointed out to me on arrival and was another great boon. Wish I could give them another star.”
