“I unfortunately had to contact Abbey Pets after our Guinea Pig, Snoop passed away in the early hours of the morning. Abbey Pets answered and were very sympathetic and said they could collect our little man the next morning. They were on time for collection and bought him back home in his new, beautiful casket within just a few hours. The service has been exemplary and has made a hard time so much easier. I would recommend them to anybody in need and when the unfortunate time comes, we will use them again. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.”

“We boarded our dogs at the kennels here. Friendly helpful staff, clean kennels, underfloor heating, cameras so you can watch your pet ( these cost £2 per night ). Staff were very thorough at first contact asking questions and writing down answers about food quantities, checking vaccination records, dogs little quirks so they got a good picture of your dog.”

“Lovely place. My little maisie has been there twice now. On both occasions she has arrived a little stressed because she is not a big fan of the car, but she loves it once she is there! They are so good with her and she comes away looking beautiful.”

Again we were put totally at ease with the care he gave them, as we got regular photos and updates via WhatsApp, on what they were up to each visit. He is reliable and professional, with all the correct paperwork. Will definitely continue to use him again and would highly recommend him.”

“I took my friends corgy crossbreed to Woof Whistles and he looked so good afterwards. He usually hates having his nails clipped so is usually a bit of a nightmare but Laura was really patient and good with him. His coat was clean and soft afterwards and really neatly trimmed. “I took my two ragdoll boys to Cat Woman Grooming earlier this year for the first time. I'm slightly mad at myself for not doing it years before - what a difference it made to them throughout the summer. Worth every penny. I was a little nervous to leave the cats as they're not really used to be anywhere except indoors at home, but Freya was brilliant, felt I could trust her as soon as I handed them over and she did a brilliant job with their lion cuts. So much so that I really cannot wait for their next appointment!”

“A few weekends ago on a Saturday I messaged on the website to see if they may have any spaces as my mum had been rushed into the nearby NNUH hospital. I was called at about 11am and offered a space that afternoon. They cared so much for Merlin and each day he walked in wagging his tail. I am so thankful that they could help me when I was in need (a round trip to visit would have been 4 hours and I couldn't leave him that long. An extra special thank you to Leanne (?) for going above and beyond that weekend and a thank you to everyone for help that week. You were so kind and understanding. Highly recommend.”

Our rescue dog has behavioral issues and Danielle has gone above and beyond with support and advise to help us - The company have meet-ups so you can get to know them better if you wish - They also give text updates after they visit your pet which is great when I'm at work!”
