“I have just had my first implant. Lower jaw on the left. I was so fearful of the pain but it was painless and I was treated like a VIP at every appointment. Well worth the expense, NDS truly have remarkable high work standards and all staff are extremely pleasant. Thank you all.”

“Really great service. I’d been trying to get in as an NHS patient at surgeries all around Norfolk for over a year now with no luck, so figured I would try going private. Called these guys up and I got an appointment on the day, which was great. All the staff were super friendly and polite. I was seen by Dr Adam Levene, and it turned out that I needed a wisdom tooth removed. He gave me all the options for how to move forward and all the costs involved, I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever. I opted to have it removed, and they were able to do it there and then! I was a little nervous as I hadn’t been seen by a dentist in a fair while but Dr Adam did a great job of explaining what he was doing which made me feel more comfortable. The extraction was perfect, and despite being advised that there would likely be some pain after, I’ve had absolutely no pain or discomfort after the procedure. He gave me clear instructions on what to do over the next few days as it heals and was happy to answer any questions I had. Really thankful for the great experience I have had here and will be using them again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend then to anyone! :)”

“Riverside Dental are amazing. I had to have fairly drastic intervention which I was dreading. Throughout the visits the team have been kind and very professional, explaining my options etc. My last visit was fairly traumatic but the kindness and compassion shown by Carlos and Jenny made it so much easier. They were brilliant, both during surgery, making sure I was pain free and comfortable and after surgery making sure I was feeling fit enough to leave etc. I also had a phone call the day after surgery to make sure I was ok. My last dentist was nothing like Riverside. Can't rate them highly enough.”

“I attended an emergency appointment to have a lost crown cemented in . I was told it would only be a temporary fixing and another appointment was made for a permanent fixing in 3 weeks time. All done efficiently. Unfortunately the computer failed to flag up payment was required. A receptionist phone me later at home and payment was made by telephone.”

During lock down I was not able to see my own dentist and was recommended Dr L Khangura surgery, I have never laughed and smiled so much and it’s so nice that people actually comment on how nice my teeth now look after having veneer’s. I travel three quarters of an hour but every appointment is worth it . I’am looked after by all the staff hygienist and Dentist they are always welcoming and helpful and have given me a new confidence just to know my teeth are now being checked and looked after regularly this is my chance to thank them all.”
