This I did and allowed Kerrie to hold the space for me as I began to shed away all of my emotional pain, hurt and trauma from my mind, body and soul. I had no idea what to expect from the RTT sessions but they were powerful and extremely healing as Kerrie lead me through my sessions. The 21 day mp3 that followed, supported and continued the deep healing work that I had experienced within the RTT sessions.
