“Dobby and Miraz love spending their holidays at Longcroft, they wouldn't go anywhere else. They even keep in touch with us by sending regular updates and selfies. They love playing with Aly everyday, their favourite human friend, and get spoilt rotten by her. They even get a little goody bag to come home with. It's a real home from home ... “Pablo and Noodle loved their stay at Longcroft with Lou. She was really lovely and they were so well looked after. Lou sent photo updates and they looked super cosy on their bed! “What a lovely place to make sure our little kitty is looked after well while we were away. Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel in Letchworth is in a beautiful and serene location and Vicky was absolutely amazing. Daily updates with photos of our cat Jinx and how she was doing were really appreciated while we were away, especially as this was Jinx’s first time away from home. The suites for the cats are really spacious, meticulously clean and fitted with a big climbing frame/scratching post to keep your kitty occupied. Also fab covid procedures in place! Will most definitely book again next time we go away. Thank you Vicky! X”

“This is the 2nd times our cat stays with Anastasia and I'm sure we will choose her again in the future! It is particularly important to us that the owner of the cattery loves animals and cats; and we are very pleased that Anastasia is definitely a cat lover and is experienced in taking great care of cats! The room is very spacious and clean; many toys and scratching posts are in the room already by the time we checked in Ras. One of the best things I like is the webcam in each room that you can check on your cat anytime. It surely helps me missing my cat a bit less. I've also received regular updates and photos of Ras from Anastasia during the stay which is very thoughtful. There is a special "hooman" who comes play with and talk to the cat everyday so the cat will not feel bored and isolated. Ras came home settled down very quickly. Overall, I'm very pleased with Anastasia's Cat Hotel and would definitely recommend it to my friends.”

“Just returned from a fabulous stay for sister's surprise 50th! We had an amazing time. All the staff were absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. “For a major chain, it was a very personable welcome; everyone was keen to make our stay a good one, especially Sarah and Gail. Soft bed, easy to adjust the room temperature, TV quality was very good and surprisingly easy to operate, lots of things to chose from at breakfast, they even had crumpets!”

“Nice hotel, handily positioned in the centre of the country for a break in a long journey. The room was exactly what you'd expect - good size, clean and comfortable, quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Very clean, friendly staff. If there wasn't Miller and Carter next door, you would probably have to go into town to eat. Breakfast was very good. The rooms weren't overpoweringly hot like another chains are.”

“I stayed in a very comfortable suite on the ground floor with a patio area looking out on the field. The traffic noise was not too intrusive with the patio door shut. All the suites have two outside walls so can be a bit cold in winter. The whirlpool bath in the room was a really nice extra but again no heating in the bathroom so get it hot in advance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I had a good dinner in the restaurant. My only comment on the food is that it was beautifully cooked and then served on a cold plate. This comment was fed back to the kitchen so hopefully rectified. Overall a great place to stay and very conveniently situated.”

“Lovely old building not at all typical of your normal Holiday Inn. Spent one night here attending a wedding. Staff and service were amazing. Food was great both at the reception and at breakfast. Hard to fault!”

“The room was clean and nice. The staff nice. Only stayed 1 night for business and it was ideal for that. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately the Hunters Chicken that I ordered from the restaurant was so tough that a had to eat everything around it before I chiseled into it to avoid sending everything flying. Apart from that it was good. March 2023 update: I stayed for two nights this time on the 13/14, again for business. This time I made use of the swimming pool and the fitness suite on site. I also managed to try the sauna, the first time ever! I managed the whole 15 min on the timer. The food this time was really nice. I had a burger and steak (separate eve's). The team was very friendly and nice and the breakfast was excellent. I have notched up to 5 stars for this recent visit.”

“Genuinely a really good stay, room was very clean and comfortable. The view was decent which was a bonus & staff were lovely. Parking was a short 5 min walk away in a multistorey, but was very easy to park and weekend parking has 2 hours free and sundays free. Cost us 3.20 for the weekend, would recommend.”

“Stay was good. Location great to get into Bedford or to pass by. Room was clean and they even managed to provide a heater! Great service on check in. Breakfast was included and Bright gave great service even on a buffet breakfast. He’s a great asset to the team! Breakfast was the usual but effective. Definitely highly recommended.”

“The heater in our room wasn't working so the receptionist organised to leave a portable unit outside our room. Unfortunately, some other guests took that before we got back so he organised another and dropped it off to us. Excellent service!”

“Great Premier Inn - spotless and the bathroom was sparkling. Really lovely room - very spacious. Great price. Great, friendly service. Plenty of parking and a good value Hungry Horse pub attached to it. Overall a 5* Premier Inn stay, great value for money”

“This is the second time I come to this hotel. The first time was in 2015. It is still a perfect place here in Northampton, close to everything. I would like to especially thank Eugenia and George for their professionalism and wonderful treatment at the hotel bar. It's difficult to find people like them, so kind and competent. The hours I have spent in the bar have made me feel very good. Their recommendations in terms of food and drink, must always be taken into account. Thank you very much and I know where to return again...”

“Stayed for 1 night in an accessible room - wish it had been longer because everything was perfect! Customer service was excellent. The receptionist who booked me in was wonderful. She helped me to my room, showed me how everything worked and reassured me of assistance should I need it during my stay. She was amazing - genuinely kind and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was set up perfectly for my needs. A mini library in the reception area gave a welcoming touch. And check-out at 12pm not 10am - Thank You!”

“Lunched here with a friend today and we were both so impressed with the food, service and ambience. Every member of staff we spoke to were so friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised at the modest bill. The setting was lovely (dining area to the left of the bar), although the decor was a little tired, the tables were beautifully presented and it was spotless. We left feeling really good about our experience and as ladies who do lunch, will most assuredly be back. Thank you all.”

“Amazing new landlords taking over. Making a huge difference already. The well has been jetwashed. The sails out the front make a nice new touch. Some amazing bands on a Friday. Quiz night good fun on a Thursday. And there beer feats are amazing. First one this weekend.”

“Have stayed a few times on work business. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. good sizes car park so easy to park during stay. Would be nice if there was a bigger choice on the menu .”
