"Wife and I brought our van here to get one tire replaced. Six hundred dollars and almost 2 weeks later, we got our van back. Less than 2 weeks after that, we had to bring it in (to a different shop) and had to pay to have our alignment redone (Bob and the crew at Cenex "did" an alignment with loose tie rods) as well as other front end work that Cenex had "performed". Have used this Cenex on and off since the 1990s, same ownership and management and have yet to have a good experience, or a prompt fix to a problem. Will not use again. One pro, and the the one star they do get, they do accept payments."
