"Bathroom had long dark hair on shower walls and floor. Fridge/ freezer was totally frosted over. Carpet was gross. We were charged $50 for a hand towel that had ice cream on it. Never staying at this place again!"

"My wife and I apparently made reservations here and didn't know that we did. I checked in, the guy at the front was understanding and cancelled the other room. The owner called me a few hours later stating it's our policy to charge for one night's stay for the other room that was booked. She even went onto state they've turned people away because they were booked solid. That made the situation even better. If they are able to fill the room then what's the big deal. After going back and forth multiple times she indicated she could just cancel both rooms. Great customer service. She said as a courtesy, we are only going to charge you for the one-night stay. Super amazing service. I get it. There in the business to make money and it could cost them revenue if they don't fill the room. How it was handled...not so well."

"Stayed for 2 nights, nice rates, breakfast was good! The bad, our key cards would work once, then we would have to go to the front desk and request new ones, this happened at least 8 times, the front desk staff seemed annoyed that we had to get new keys a lot, and implied we were doing things wrong, even when we explained we kept the keys separate from everything… I asked the gentlemen to come see and he then decided to give me 1 new key… super inconvenient Water for showers were cold all the time, staff were notified with no resolution, and it happened all throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening."

"I stayed in this hotel on December 29, 2022. You see what had happened is I at the time I had made the poor decision to move back to North Dakota. I was trying to take the Greyhound as far as Bismarck but I had missed my connection from Fargo to Bismarck as the bus was overbooked. Anyway, long story short my former friend Brandon had driven from Mandan to Fargo to pick me up at 10:30 from the Greyhound. He was too tired to drive back that night so I got us this hotel. Overall this hotel is very nice for something cheap. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Also the bed was very comfortable. The next morning we went downstairs for the free breakfast which was extremely good. With taxes we paid $100 for the two of us for one night."

"I had to come up for my son's neurology appt so we searched for rooms that were kind budgeting for my family. I see that people complain on the reviews about how sketchy it is, but you get what you pay for I say, if you want to stay in a better hotel you WILL need to pay more, if they upped their prices for the hotel stay then they most likely could afford a remodel or updates. Yeah, the chlorine was a little strong, but we swam anyway and the area was clean. Our rooms were good however I did need to wipe down a few areas that were dusty that's it. The staff were super friendly. And when we woke up for breakfast they didn't have anymore sausage but I did inform them and they made some right away for my family, they also had scrambled eggs, fried egg, diff bagels, toast, 3 diff cereals, milk, waffles, donuts, muffins, apple juice, orange juice, yogurt, cream cheese, hot coffee and also a machine for cappuccino and lattes, so overall, my family and I can't complain about a whole lot because we feel that it was a good hotel stay and super budget friendly, we stayed on a Tuesday evening which cost us 89.00 but 103.00 all together. Will stay here again when traveling."
