"Summer and Alexis were excellent to work with. Very accommodating to our needs. My daughter was getting married, and I needed multiple rooms reserved, including the presidential suite. Most of the guests were coming from the Twin Cites. Summer and Alexis made sure all our guests had rooms without a hitch. Highly recommend."
"Honestly, the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The kitchenette is great, but you'll need ice for food. Fridge doesn't have a freezer. Great pool, fitness room, and free breakfast!"
"This is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable beds and rooms. Room service is wonderful and food excellent. The only problem is that the noise in the hallway and upstairs is really awful. The kids running and screaming in the hallway felt like they were in the room with us, and anyone walking upstairs was loud. I'm sad about the din because otherwise I love this hotel."
"Stayed here for going to a wedding at Avalon Events center. The hotel had a large lobby and was nice for meeting and greeting my family here for wedding. The room was so quiet and clean and comfy. There were lots of pillows of many sizes and I loved that. There was a lot of good choices at the Continental breakfast. I slept very well heard zero traffic noise. Was nice to have a night shuttle going back and forth during wedding dance. Staff very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay again."
"We stayed an extended weekend for our wedding, and they were so accommodating and easy to work with. It was easy to block out rooms, arrange shuttles, and we got complimentary bubbly and chocolate kisses! The rooms were very clean, I really liked the shower design. The room was extremely quiet compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, especially with the location and traffic noise. We had to change our shuttle pick-up time the evening of and they were able to do it even while picking up another wedding with no issues. My only minor gripe is the lack of flow in the breakfast area, it was pretty chaotic at peak times and it was difficult for guests and staff to maneuver around."
