"Food is good but the politeness of the staff is hit or miss. There is however an older guy working there that is a dead ringer for Vito Spatafore on the tv show The Sopranos. Google him then go check out his body double at Jimmy John’s in West Fargo next to Costco!"
"The sandwich was good. The problem was the delivery person leaving it on the hallway floor even though the instructions said hand to me. The delivery fee and tip were around $6, and the store is just .5 miles away, so waiting a few extra seconds for me to get to the hotel room door is not too much to ask. Please remember you're in the customer service industry, and the little things go a long way."
