"Moved in with EPIC out of desperation, not because I wanted to. Apartment I got was made more to look good in pictures and not to be a functional living space. I could deal with the IKEA display of an apartment with the poorly put together cabinets that took over a month to fix, the cheap walls that any bump into leaves a scuff, and the paint chipping off at the slightest hint of moisture. When it came to dealing with the raises in rent every year for the past 3 years, worsening customer service, and the scam of their insurance policy (let's be real the whole lease is a scam to squeeze as much money out as possible and leave no responsibility on the property management and all on the tenant). I cannot recommend anyone rent from here for any period of time. If I was able I would be moving out tomorrow."

"I had a phenomenal experience staying at the Don apartments! I am a travel nurse from Houston, Texas. I came across a unit that I was interested in on furnished finder. I got in touch with an agent and was accidentally sent to their newest apartment complex, The Don (I think the original post on furnished finder was a unit at arbor lakes). I really lucked out as the don actually had cheaper rent than the unit posted on FF. Brandon showed me 2 fully furnished units and I was in love. The units had a beautiful layout, furniture and decor like something out of a HGTV catalog. Only 5 min from the hospital I was working at, it had underground parking, gym, 4th floor outdoor patio, and a community room. It’s a great location with a gas station right next to it, 3 coffee spots (scooters, Starbucks, and caribou coffee) all within a mile, a cash wise down the road, and several restaurants around. I was skeptical to choose epic companies because of the other reviews online, but Brandon had great communication and made the entire process from moving in and out a breeze."

"We recently did a sizeable remodel on our home, while we had to move out, we moved in to The Lights through EPIC management in West Fargo. Our experience as a family of 4 plus a black lab was better than we could have expected. We were not looking forward to moving out of our home, with a yard and space. The experience as i would call it, was one to be appreciated. The amenities right on sight and the cleanliness was one to be admired. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to not have the upkeep of a yard, yet a wide variety of options to enjoy the outdoors. highly recommend!"

"Would give zero stars if possible. We were loyal tenants for three years before they decided to raise our rent over $400 this year with no explanation. We had a dog in our unit for three months and apparently that was enough for them to replace our carpet after we moved out and we were slapped with a huge bill for that. I also spent a lot of time and effort cleaning that place before move out but they still charged us over $200 as a cleaning fee after moving out. Horrible company. Would not recommend."
