"I loved my apartment and didn't have many issues while I lived in my studio apartment. But they charged me a lot of money upon my move out even though I left nearly no damage besides a cabinet door that my cat chewed on. So be warned. Wonderful apartments but they will charge hundreds of dollars for move outs even if damage is minimal. I was charged $177 for "wall repair and painting" for a studio apartment. I had some small nail holes and a few paint chips from some decor items. Nothing that I'd expect to cost almost $200. Luckily some of my deposit covered some items. Their move out policy seems to be pretty strict."
