"Nice apartments. Horrible management- with one person being the main issue. If you call the desk for any reason and get "Riley", good luck, you're better off talking to a brick wall, or calling back even she is not working . Because of her: 1. All of my initial deposits, in the thousands of dollars l, were misplaced and mislabeled and were almost 2. The apartment we were promised was not available at our time of move in, despite months of advance notice. According to her: 1. Noisy neighbors are just a part of life, regardless of the extent and duration of their disturbance. So just "deal with it" 2. Dog piles can't be tested (despite the generous fee they charge for the service when they are added to the lease), and leaving large (50lb+ dog breed) piles will not be enforced. Etc. Etc. In fact, that second point is such a fraudulent statement, that I'm willing to take them to court to either get the rule enforced, or to get everyone's fees refunded. This also includes pet deposits and weight restrictions- other things that are clearly not being enforced. And let's not talk about the corner of our building that is literally crumbling in on itself (see images). As someone that had managed everything from agricultural operations, to nuclear facilities, I can say that these things are completely unacceptable *especially* for the rate being charged here. This isn't the projects, so I would love to live with the standards I am paying for. I'm generally a reasonable man, so I try to give people some grace when mistakes are made. But it's been over 4 months and mistakes are becoming trends."
