Clean and nicely decorated office space in north fargo they do except ndrh program and section 8 they have a application fee however that fee should be covered by the NDRent help program or your hud vash voucher some apartments are voiding all application fees due to covid 19 relief bills"

"I was a Tennant with this company for 4 years. At first the experience was worry and stress free with management at the time. They aided us with finding a place to live while attending school down the road. As time progressed, their management became more inconsistent and chaotic. When calling the office, they don't always answer or return messages. When they do answer, I got mixed responses for various questions. Maintenance on the properties I lived in were responsive, but didn't always fix things to professional standards. For example, the outlets were loose in my first apartment and the plugs fell out over time. The fix I got was them bending the prongs on my electronics and then forcing them into the sockets. Winter plowing is not consistent, and there were many times I was stuck in the parking lot for a whole day or 2 after a snow storm. Lastly, the move out process is horrendous. When moving in, they may or may not do a walk through inspecting condition of the apartment with you present. It will get done, but I highly recommend being present and take pictures and ask that things be written down for own sake. They do not write everything down and when they do it is not accurate. Outlets and heating fixtures that are painted are considered "Brand new". Any scuffing on them and they will charge you a touch up fee per room upon move out along with other Normal living wear and tear that is not preventable regardless of how careful a tenant is and protected under North Dakota Renters laws. Be weary of this rental company because for me at least, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Let alone these are just a few examples I dealt with while renting from them. There are dozens more."

"Shame on you Gold mark.Sham on you. Shame on you and shame on you. After two weeks you didn't clean snow. Every time that I want to take out or put back my car into the garage ,I almost make accident with garage door and it gives me lots of stress. Just SHAME ON YOU AND S H A M E O N Y O U and shame..............................We used to have good management but not anymore. The new management must quit."

"These apartments are exactly what I needed. They are affordable and River North is very good with maintenance and any needs you may have.They are also fairly close to NDSU. This is my second time renting with them and I would rent with them again."
