"This building has been disgusting since we moved in two years ago. I’ve filled out surveys we have been sent and rated poorly when it came to cleanliness. If you don’t do anything about that why send the surveys? Your “weekly cleaners” vacuum the hallway thats it, they do absolutely nothing more. The halls have been trashed for about a week now and the walls are nasty, it’s been the same filth for years now. Never been cleaned. I know the management has seen this place with all the inspections they do so just fix it... Maintenance guys are awesome though. Not their fault all the old equipment they put in these buildings keeps breaking. Laundry machines suck and cost way too much. Hate it here still..."
"We were unable to attend our final walk-through due to covid restrictions. That itself is reasonable, but management regularly entered our apartment without masks throughout the pandemic."
