Managed by the Thalian Association Community Theatre, the facility is overseen by a volunteer Advisory Board appointed by the City Council. Parking is conveniently located next to the building for patrons. The center also offers language workshops, youth classes, and a Youth Season for 2023-2024. The Thalian Association Community Theatre, a nonprofit organization founded in 1788, provides arts education and performing arts excitement in Wilmington, with offices and auditions held at the Community Arts Center. Operating hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, closed on Sundays and city holidays. Paid parking is enforced 24/7 unless otherwise noted.
