"Kristen is one of the most influential women in my life and I look up to her as a successful yoga teacher, entrepreneur (and forever humble student!). She allowed me to take her 200 hr course when I was 16 years old (this was 2017) and I’m not sure what other yoga teacher would have confidence that a teenager would know and understand what path she’s taking, but Kristen believed in me! What an eye opening experience at such a young age! And so many opportunities have come as far as my personal practice and making it as one of my careers. Here you will find the missing part of yourself and leave wanting to change the world with love and positivity. I know it sounds like fluff. But the day I walked in I felt like I was at home, among friends, and that my body was perfect that way God made it. There are not a lot of yoga studios were African Americans (specifically African American Women in our bodies) feel comfortable or accepted but all are welcomed at K10 yoga."
