82nd Airborne Division War Memorial Museum
The 82nd Airborne Division War Memorial Museum is a historical institution located at 5108 Ardennes Street in Fort Liberty, North Carolina. Established in 1957, it is the second oldest U.S. Army museum and serves as a tribute to the brave men and women of the 82nd Airborne Division. The museum showcases the division's rich history, customs, and traditions through various exhibits and displays. Visitors can learn about the division's role in different conflicts and wars, as well as honor the sacrifices made by its veterans. The museum is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, and closed on Mondays and Sundays.
