"DON'T GO HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE....I filed a claim and they sent me out another persons personal information so I called and told that person bc it had her ss number and everything. Well I called and told them but they acted upset that I told the other person. Then I sat for a year waiting to hear about my claim. They never called me or anything so I figured I would call to check and I was told that I would have to do a update with disability. So disability tells me that I don't have a lawyer I was mad so I called and they wouldn't let me speak to the lawyer. My case worker was Jennifer but I spoke with Nicole and she was very rude and yelling at me wouldn't let me get a word in to the point she hung up on me and was acting like a child. So I called back and I had my phone on record so I could give it to the lawyer so he knows how disrespectful his staff is well of course I told her I was recording her and it made her more angry and she hung up again. I called back and spoke to the manager and I told her about it all and wanted to know why none of my paperwork was faxed to disability or mailed or anything but they just made up excuses saying they did it when they never did. I've called back many times trying to speak with the lawyer and they won't let me talk to him bc they know everything they did was wrong. Im still sitting waiting and never heard anything so I hired a new lawyer that did there job within a week. Don't go here I'm telling you they are liars and they don't update you then your information can go out to god knows who and they lie about it. I bet the lawyer has no idea how horrible his staff is and if he does he should fire them all bc they make him look just as bad. I'm going to send the recording of Nicole talking to me like a angry immature child to him so he can see for himself. They didn't help me at all they wasted a year or more of my life and lied trying to blame it on disability when they never did there job. Since your staff won't let me talk to you Mr wellborn your not my lawyer just so you know."
