Arbors Apartments

"I've never lived at the Arbors, or even applied for tenancy. However, I feel like I can offer some valuable insight into the type of administrative staff they have to offer. Recently, Josh made me aware of the plans the apartments have to replace the old playground set with a brand new one. I reached out to my church pastor to discuss the need we have at our church for one. We were ecstatic when they offered the old set to us for a REMARKABLE price! Their offer was ridiculously good. Unfortunately, due to inflation, etc., our church's tithing has been low. Once we ran the numbers on how much it would cost for us to install the old set, cover insurance, create a landscaping bed, etc., etc., etc., for the kids, we realized that even with the amazing price the Arbors administration had offered our church, we still wouldn't be able to afford the project. We were really bummed. The youth at our church really need somewhere to create lasting memories. After reaching out to Josh and letting him know our circumstances, we were completely BLOWN AWAY when we learned that they were going to DONATE the set to us!!! We were/are so very thankful! The Arbors and their administration are going out of their way to help the youth at our church. If you want to live somewhere with a team that truly cares about people, the community, and our youth, you should check them out. If the staff are willing to do things like this, under the radar, I can't imagine how far they'll go to ensure their tenants are well taken care of. "Arbors is the best apartment complex I have stayed at in my 11 years of renting. Josh went above and beyond to Make sure everything in our apartment was fixed right away and made sure we were happy with our living situation. He even went as far as updating appliances when rent got bumped up. They really care about their tenants and we're always on top of maintenance request as well as answering there phones. we're moving this year to be in a better location for our business And are sad to be leaving the arbors community."

"I’ve been living here almost 3 years and I love it so much. Maintenance comes quickly, front office staff Josh is so nice and my neighbors are very friendly/quiet. It’s a HUGE upgrade from the last apartment complex I came from. My experience here has been very consistent. Exterminators come to the buildings often for pest control and they give us new air filters frequently without us having to ask. I highly recommend this complex!!!!"

"This is a great place to live!!! I moved to winston a year ago and I was actually at a different apartment complex down the street and had numerous issues, with the cherry on top being my apartment flooding from an improperly installed fire sprinkler system after the staff did a test on it one day......... I got out of my lease and was in a bind to find a new place to live. I stumbled across the arbors and got in contact with them. Which they were quick and very helpful with getting me info! From the very beginning and to present day of now living here, all the staff is very kind and hard at work to make sure you enjoy living at their property. The grounds are kept nice, the pools are stunning especially the one at the top of the complex, feels like you're on vacation! The apartments are reasonably priced for the size they are, compared to the complexes around it most are charging more for less amenities and or less apartment space. My only thing is I wish I had a bedroom ceiling fan, but that's literally the only thing haha! Just overall a very nice place for anyone to call home! :)"

"Great Place to stay. I would recommend it to everyone. 2 Swimming Pools, Nice Gym, and I loved the Tennis courts. The staff and maintenance crew are great people. And they have complimentary coffee in leasing office. Sometimes the office is closed due to the staff helping out other residents and you may have to kill a bug or 2, but overall Great Place!"
