"What an awesome place to live. I have lived at the edge flats for over 3 years and it is probably the best living experience I have ever had. The open floor plans are open and allow flexible furniture arrangements with a bright and airy feel. The staff's professionalism and friendliness go above and beyond, making every interaction a positive experience. The amenities are well maintained and contribute to an enjoyable living experience. "We recently toured edge flats and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The amenities and community events are much better than a lot of apt complexes that I have lived in. This complex is also within walking distance to a lot of shopping centers and the hospital. I am looking forward to living within this community for the next few years."

"I wish I can give this place zero stars..... They been harassing me since I been here because the tenant sublease it... They took my$1875.00 for a security deposit and now trying to put us out so their property management won't get caught. Harassment is all I get from this place and my disabled son. I had to get writ of my dog and everyone else got to keep theirs. They are criminal bullies."
