"I myself do not live here. I visited a good friend of mine that just made the move to Winston-Salem into this apartment complex. The grounds/landscaping is very well maintained. The public areas and parking are clean, no visible signs of trash. The have doggie stations with complimemtary baggies. The Pool is clean and clear!!!! They are next to a plaza that has everything you need. My friend said her move was seamless. The customer service provided by the management was great, they returned calls and emails, were very helpful. Her unit is large, much larger than ones going for higher prices in SC. New paint, blinds and carpeting. Looks amazing."
"We just moved in a few weeks ago and management has went above and beyond to make sure any issues were handled timely and in a thorough manner. They are also very good at responding to questions and concerns and communicating with residents regularly. Maintenance staff have all been very courteous and all issues have been resolved quickly and with care. Grounds always look good. Another big plus is that the floors and ceilings are well insulated so that you do not hear every footstep of the neighbors above."
"I have been here about a month and have nothing but good things to say. The leasing office staff are friendly and make the leasing process a breeze. I am especially thankful for their positive attitudes and willingness to help. The complex grounds seem to be well maintained and litter/dog poo free. So far the trash hasn't piled up outside of the dumpsters. The apartment is spacious and open. So far so good!"
