"THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT CHEMOTHERAPY OR INFUSION SERVICES PROVIDED ONLY, NOT THE DOCTORS. If you want to wait 3 hrs for treatment great, l don't. If you expect your appts to be scheduled as requested by your oncologist, don't. Not enough seats. Too many patients and too few resources. Don't complain, if you do they will keep you waiting, l once got there at 11:45 am and left at 6:35 pm for a 3 hrs appt. They have "lost" a couple appointments, not entered into the system, luckily l had my appt confirmation. The pharmacy frequently has problems delivering drugs as they must be freshly prepared in a timely fashion and they are also understaffed. They want me to have more treatment after surgery but they are so systematically, inherently flawed you can expect any appt you have to be changed by the time you get home. Appalled."
