"Shout out to Sean, the manager at the Renaissance. We had a lot of needs with having a toddler and requesting adjoining rooms, a tub, a crib, etc. He made it work when he didn’t really have any availability. He went the extra mile and got creative to make our experience great. He made our stay extremely pleasant when it shouldn’t have been."
"Can you say breathtaking, literally exquisite. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and elegant. The view is phenomenal. You can look out and see the city's beautiful scenery. The hotel is very fancy and upscale. Our hotel room was amazing. I was so pleased with everything. There was a TV in the mirror in the bathroom. I definitely haven't seen that in any hotel yet. There was also a jacuzzi inside our room. I loved it!!"
"Had a truly wonderful experience celebrating our honeymoon night at The Renaissance. Entered the room to enjoy a bottle of champagne, chocolates and a sweet note. Later that night Kevin G and Angela A were working at the front desk and were so kind and thoughtful to let us decide if we wanted to transfer rooms that had a different view. They were the most professional and friendly front desk team members I’ve ever met!! This is will now be the hotel we stay at for our anniversary."
"I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were professional and courteous and a delight to talk to. The club lounge was excellent and a great place to do a little remote work as well. I did have one issue; there was a party of teens on our floor who were rather loud a large portion of the night."
"I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife +2 small kids. The room was spacious. The location is perfect for Raleigh/North Hills. Also, finally, I really want to thanks the entire staff for being accommodating and helpful. I was working late at nights in the large open lobby - plenty of work tables. Please thank the night staff for me!!"
