"My tank wasn't full when I left the lot. The attendant said to bring it back at the same level as I did and I wouldn't be charged. Return the car and was charged for 9 gallons and was informed that I traveled 125 miles on my invoice. I traveled less than 50 miles. National Car Rental is becoming less than honest based on my last 2 experiences."

"Pretty easy process and Executive pick up is nice. i was Executive Elite for a few years and saw absolutely no additional benefits, so don't try to meet at requirement. When they wash the cars they tend to pop the outside mirrors closed or half closed. They don't put them back so you have to do it. Check before you leave, can be a very dangerous preposition to stop and put the mirror back on a busy road. National is better than the others, but still not the customer service levels we all were used to years ago."

"Great experience! Everyone was very helpful. I had a crazy travel schedule with renting cars in two cities. I forgot to rent one of the legs. The agent at the exit booth was so very helpful with completing my reservation. I did not get his name, but please thank the nice man in the exit booth in Charlotte NC on Wednesday morning!"

"Recently rented a car and found the perfect rental for us on the Emerald Aisle. It was a dodge Dakota and was large enough to haul everyone and their luggage. The manager was Especially helpful choosing which car best fit our needs. The Check in Crew were super courteous and got us out quickly. First class service from start to finish."
