"If I could do a no star I definitely would, came in with severe sore throat and pain swallowing, congestion also. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen by the doctor, both Covid and strep came back negative and he barely looked at my throat and told me it was just “red” & it was nothing, while my temp was sitting at 100. Didn’t see a name tag and he insisted it was viral and I didn’t need any medication, didn’t even introduce himself and seemed like he didn’t even want to see me. I DO NOT recommend this place Update: I went to get a second opinion and turns out I have pharyngitis and it’s bacterial which won’t go away until I take the antibiotics, grateful that someone listened to me"
"Made an appointment online. Was seen very quickly. Took all my son's vitals, spoke with us about all the issues he was having, and let us know the variety of treatment options. Sent the script in right away to the pharmacy. All the staff was very nice."
"Everyone here was extraordinarily kind and competent. I was offered water and Gingerale multiple times by the staff. The PA who was seeing me checked in on me constantly while we were waiting for my test results. I felt very well taken care of."
"This is our third time visiting this location in the past year. We love this place. My son had a shard of metal stuck in his belly and the provider/nurse duo who treated us were awesome. Super friendly, super kind, and they were able to fish out the shard! Seriously-if you need a place for urgent care, I highly recommend this one. And the online scheduling is freaking AWESOME!"
"Called the urgent care and they made an appointment for me . I had tested positive for Covid ,and they took me in promptly. I had my vital signs taken then placed in an exam room. I was told that they were busy and had only 1 provider. I only waited about 15 minutes for the PA. She did a through exam, went over all my medications that I could not take with Paxlovid, reviewed written instructions with me. She was very professional and i appreciated the care I received there"
