The MU General Simulation Hospital is a cutting-edge facility that provides students with hands-on experience in a simulated hospital setting. The hospital features various departments such as admitting/discharge, pharmacy, CEO/CNO office, case conference room, skills lab, nurses stations, private hospital rooms, pediatric ward, nursery, and triage suite. Students interact with lifelike computerized manikins that simulate real-life medical scenarios.
The hospital is equipped with ceiling-mounted cameras for audiovisual playback, allowing for live observation and teaching opportunities. This advanced system integrates simulators, skills trainers, and standardized patient programs to enhance the learning experience for students.
