"Terrible. They overbook patients so you are waiting an hour plus past your appointment time. No apology either because apparently your time wasted is not of importance to them. Then once I finally did get to my appointment they have none of my records because scheduling didn’t do their jobs. Do not go to this location unless you like having an of your time wasted."

"I don’t even know where to begin with my list of concerns. From the inordinately long wait times I have had at my recent 3 (!) visits to this location, to the obnoxious medical assistant, scheduler, and ultimately, Dr. Amrita Devalapalli (Dr. D). No one appreciates when their concerns aren’t taken seriously or being talked down to as if you’re an idiot. Stop overbooking patients. Figure out what you need to do before making the patient come in yet again, weeks later. Use layman’s terms instead of intimidating medical terms when discussing options with your patients. Dr D did nothing to help fix the situation. She had the audacity to lean in my face before leaving the room and to say ‘I would be upset too if I were you, but this isn’t my fault’. Yes, it is YOUR fault. You are the leader. You COULD HAVE and SHOULD HAVE found an acceptable solution that did not leave me crying the rest of the day. You didn’t even come back and talk to me before I left, as you promised you would. You sent in the obnoxious med assistant - who at the beginning of the appt updates MY signature/date on a form to 1:26 PM when I wrote the time was 1:30 PM. How is that right? My signature signed for 1:30 PM. You correcting MY signature/time stamp isn’t allowed or even legal. The scheduler (Lisa? Lacey?) had the gall to say we can’t fit you in again before the end of the year because we need to be ‘fair to all of our patients’. Where was the fairness towards me, a patient, on this visit? No one cared whatsoever I waited 30 minutes for my appt to even begin. Then I was left in a cold, dark room, exposed, while Dr D was ‘busy at a stereo’ and was offered my own phone to pass the time. My actual appt didn’t truly start until 1 hour after it was scheduled. No one cared I have to keep coming back when you can’t fit it all in within the 1 appt as you should have back in October, then in November, and now in December. It is outrageous and being lackadaisical towards the prompt, efficient care that all patients deserve. I will be filing many grievances. I did not have any of these many problems at the Novant Health Breast Center in Huntersville. It is my right to be treated as an actual human being. This place is an incompetent factory with no regard to patient care, comfort or basic human decency. The fact that no one at this practice cared about how upset I was, nor offered any acceptable solution, was heartbreaking. All they did was stare at me with cold looks. No one should have to undergo such indifference at a doctor’s appointment, especially at a breast center. No one. Novant Health should make efforts to correct my situation and should be concerned about this practice."

"Went for a Dexa bone scan and a mammogram same day. Checked in quickly at the front desk, waited for 10 minutes- called to the Dexa scan room, immediately following went to mammogram. Called quickly there. Bing bang boom. Done and done in less than 20 minutes for both tests. Very well coordinated folks, friendly, responsive, professional, and FAST!~"

She is very competent, has great skills to talk to ppl, she is so knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make it as easy as possible. Her favorite words - I am sorry, she has a wonderful way to make those visits a great experience. You truly rock. My first time in this location, from the moment on I felt in great hands. "This review is on behalf of my wife. Very clean and moderate physician office. Wait times are longer than expected please plan to stay for a Mammogram for 45mins to 1 hour. They don’t allow children in the waiting area."
