"Terrible customer service! We closed on our property the first week of November 2023 and as of 15 Jan 2024 we have yet to receive any of the finalized closing documents. We have called multiple times and never once received a call back. We even visited the office and was promised we would get the documents. Nothing! Stay away! "She made me do all the leg work. I had to file all the papers at the clerk's office and pay for them also. She even told me I had to file them myself and there would be no charge. $130.00 to file the paper, along with multiple other charges. She never showed up to the hearing. Why do you pay people thousands of dollars to do a job you end up doing? I received checks I could have deposited but she wouldn't give me the testamentary, she kept the checks and said they were a retainer for her services. And then you get a letter from her stating you received a discount. HAHAHAHA. It's sad that she feels good draining people's savings while they are grieving. She clearly didn't care for anyone but herself."
