"Scheduled a new patient appointment for later this week and was JUST made aware that they wouldn't be able to honor the appointment because one of the doctors didn't have appointments. She offered a FEBRUARY 27th appointment as if my issue can just wait a month! Totally incapable and will not be using this location."
"I had ongoing Covid symptoms and saw Dr. Calloway. I had scheduled an appointment online, and even received a confirmation email. When it came time for my appointment, the appointment hadn’t scheduled on their end. They still got me in at the time I came for and were super understanding and patient.
