"Brendon attended my maintenance request on 11/24. He was professional and respected my home. While he was here, he offered to change my air conditioning filter. I also questioned him regarding my hot water heater. The hot water wasn't very warm. He checked it and adjusted the temperature. I was very thankful that he was willing to go above and beyond the original request. I am very happy lady!!!"

"I've lived here for going on 4 years now and this is STILL one of the best places I'd recommend in the area. The maintenance team is not only super timely with fixing all issues but they are super knowledgeable and kind as well. They also never care when I have 10000 questions and are always more than happy to take the time to answer each and every one of them. But it doesn't stop there. Because usually propery managers can be hard to get ahold of and handle. But Everyone in the office is just as kind and responsive as the maintenance team here. So even with times changing constantly its nice to have a place that is reliable and consistent across the board. 10/10 recommend."
"I have lived here for the last 4 years, it has been an amazing experience from the beautiful scenery, to the layout of the apartments. The customer service from Shelly and her team has been delightful the whole entire time. The maintenance team has also been fantastic! William on the maintenance crew has by far been the best I have ever seen. He is always enthusiastic, funny and personable, there is no problem or issue he or the crew can not fix! Not to mention, any problem I’ve ever had has been resolved in less than 48 hours. I can not recommend the tides enough! My time here has ended due to getting my first house but it has been the best renting experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to all of you at the tides at calabash!"
