"Where do I start, ever since kinley properties left this place got worse! yes they remodeled some of the apartments for esthetic purposes to revamp the site and try to get their investment out. i should have left when my nieghbors did. This place should still be $950, the amount of roaches and trash that is always scattered amongst the parking lot due to the trash overflowing. Honestly i think they brought this place due to the rapid gentrifying thats why they refuse to pour into it until the area comes up. rent out your own risk."

"This is crazy and I feel like I’ve been scam I’ve paid my app fee of $50. And no one has responded or call back they don’t even answer the phone or emails I’ve sent. You know people work hard for their money someone needs to fix this problem When the lady Paula email me back she said she would check on it and never got back in touch with me or email me back I’ve been waiting to hear something since 11/07/23 nothing. It's now 11/25 and still nothing I think should have my money back because they didn't pull anything. i know because it didn't come to my credit."

"I didn't believe it could be a scam but it looks like it is. I got approved for an apartment and no one is returning my calls / no one is ever at the office. I have called 3 different numbers for this location and can’t get in touch with anyone even after my $250 application was processed and approved. One of the residents told me the leasing office was beside her and no one ever shows up. Im literally sitting outside of the “office” as we speak. This is RIDICULOUS. There are no signs/ notes or anything."

"SCAMM DONT APPLY. They take your application fee and don’t ever contact you. I applied and was denied due to them not being able to “identity” even though I submitted my social and id pictures. They never contacted me on the matter and when I tried to go to a tour the office was nowhere to be found. The office isn’t even on the property and they don’t give you an address or answer the phone about viewing the property. I reported them to the better business bureau and am taking legal action against this scam of a company. "If it gave an option to give zero stars I definitely would. The current or acting property manager, is awesome she tries her best. However the "Atl management staff" the corporate office seems like a organization of scammers for a lack of better terms. I've worked in a homeless shelter with better living conditions! The people who answer the phones can't give any answers, they take your phone number and a good email address only not to advise of any updates or return calls. Then lie about the communication that they told xyz but look like a deer in head lights when presented with a paper trail. I would only recommend applying if this is your last resort! The property has so much potential, but residents don't matter. You're only valued as a dollar sign. I won't post any pictures or go in detail about specific issues. Just do better by the residents, and treat them as if they matter!"
