"Been going to see Suzanne for (can’t believe this) like 5 years. I tried a lot of places when I moved here from New York and since I found her I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve had waxes and facials with her and she is the best in both. She is kind and understanding. Her prices are fair and honestly just can’t say enough about the quality of the services. My waxes last forever!! I see people mentioning scheduling stuff and she has had a few scheduling issues over the years. She is a solo entrepreneur and life happens. She always communicates in advance and makes the situation right. I prefer getting quality service from a woman who runs her own business and deal with a couple of reschedules over the years."
"How the heck does she have almost a five star overall rating? She cancelled on me like three times and didn’t even have the decency to call me. She was not very nice and she was rough during the waxing. It is the next day since the waxing and I am still red and swollen. I would not recommend this place at all. Worst waxing I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few."
