"Pat's has an amazing crew! One of their review papers asks "How would you describe us to your friends?" - to answer with all honesty, I would describe all of the staff at Pat's as family. They treat you like family through and through. I have come multiple times for multiple issues with my 2 vehicles and I have left exceedingly satisfied every time. They are never to busy for you and they give you complete honesty. As a female out in the world, sometimes being ill knowledgable about cars can be frustrating, not knowing if you are getting taken advantage of. But, in my experience, Pat's has never been anything but helpful, kind, and trustworthy. "Wish i can give a negative star! I was told it would cost $350 to change car battery on BMW X5, which i thought was pretty high. I got a call later in the day w the guy telling me it was gonna be over $425. I refuse the service. The guy told me it's pretty hard to get to the battery but bought a battery from autozone for $125(high end)... quick YouTube search and I change it myself in 15 mins. Highly don't recommend going there, especially if you have a higher end vehicle... they will try to take advantage of you. Also my daughter wanted to get her AC unit fix. She took it to Pat's for the convenience of the day. I told her not to go but she gave them a chance, Paid over $600 and AC still doesn't work. Lane!!!!"

"They were excellent! Mom of 5 on my own, new to the area and had trouble with my brakes. I was nervous but they made me feel comfortable and they helped me as a walk in with same day turn around! They worked with me and were fair with pricing, this will definitely be the place I return to when I need help in the future."
