"The phone tree is terrible. The office management is awful! I have attempted to get on the patient portal and prepare for Kurt D. Smith's appt. You still have yet to send us the link to the portal. I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes! You get a F- in my book. They won't let me post a zero star review so I had to click on one star."
"This was my first visit at Urology Specialists. I was very pleased with the entire visit. I was not kept waiting past my appointment time and my doctor was very prompt. Dr. Ganem was pleasant from the very beginning and made me feel at ease. He seemed honestly concerned and interested in my care. I recommend this practice to anyone."
"While Dr Ganem is exceptional the Customer Service you will receive at Urology Specialist is the WORST in the business! When calling in with an issue or to make an appointment expect a min 30 min wait on hold, with constant chatter about a modern Patient Portal that doesn't work. When you finally do get through to an actual person expect to not be heard, but routed to another answering machine that you can leave a message with little hope of a timely response. This is not the 1st time I've had an issue with the CS staff. If you are a new patient I would seriously consider taking your business elsewhere."
"I have seen two doctors at the 325 Hawthorne Lane office. Both Dr Ganem and Dr Townsend and their staff are second to none as for their caring and compassion for their patients. At this time I am being treated by Dr Townsend due to my condition. Both he and his staff go above and beyond to care for their patients. They listen and never cut you short when explaining your concerns. I have never had a question go unanswered. They truly show professionalism and caring for their patients. I am truly thankful for the care I receive."
"Arrived 40 minutes early in order to get help from staff to transition to new portal. Front desk staff helped me accomplish that in 10-15 minutes then took me immediately back to complete scheduled lab work. Within 10 minutes I was in the chair. Lab technician was professional and friendly. Headed to check-out where I waited for one other patient, then had a short and friendly exchange with the check-out staff person. Despite what appeared to be a very busy morning at the office, I was on my way home prior to my original appointment time. Very good experience. All staff I interacted with were professional and friendly."
